Uh Oh. More Bad News On Rasmussen

Or at least more bad rumors.

The body of this story relates to the bad blood presently between the ASO and the UCI. Perhaps this has been common knowledge for several days, but this is the first I have read of it:

McQuaid was speaking prior to Friday evening’s news that a former mountainbike competitor from the United States has claimed that Rasmussen tried to trick him into transporting doping products for the Dane. Cyclingnews is yet to get a reaction to the latest allegations against the maillot jaune.

Like I said before, this one case will not be subject to the allegation that the test or the testing lab was flawed. Rasmussen’s career is beginning to look like this recent tragic event:
