Boogerd Retiring at the End of Season

Dutch cyclist Michael Boogerd has announced that he’ll be retiring at the end of this season. He’s been a pro for 14 seasons, and at the age of 34 he’s certainly no spring chicken (in the peloton - it’s a cruel world out there). Personally, I think the greatest loss to the peloton will be the guiding beam his giant teeth provided during bad weather rides. Man, his dentist has his work cut out for him…
