The 18 teams that will compete in the Tour of California in February have been announced. What a field it will be! In addition to everyone’s darlings Discovery, traditional powers like Team CSC, Predictor-Lotto and T-Mobile have signed on to have some fun in a race that is gaining in prestige every year. Of the 18 teams, ten are domestic-based and the rest come from Europe. The complete list is below.
