Ullrich to Acqua & Sapone?

It doesn’t look like Ivan Basso is completely out from under the shadow of the Operacion Puerto scandal, even though he’s full-steam ahead with his new team. Jan Ullrich could be facing the same roadblocks - there is talk of him joining the Acqua & Sapone squad, but several race organizers have said that they won’t allow teams who have signed riders implicated in Operacion Puerto or who were involved with Dr. Eufemiano Fuentes. Could be a bumpy ride ahead for the likes of Basso and Ullrich, not to mention the teams who sign them.
