Around the Web on Wheels: 6 March 2007
By Jessica | Permalink |Now that we know the entire 2007 racing season isn’t coming apart at the spandex seams, we can relax (a little) and catch up on some news:
- Not everyone is happy with the UCI-ASO bargain reached yesterday in Belgium. Unibet, for one, isn’t any better off today than they were a week ago.
- Eurosport has secured the rights to broadcast all major Italian races on Eurosport and eurosport.com.
- Jörg Jaksche will be retiring from cycling because he’s not been hired by a new team since being implicated in Operación Puerto.
- Chris at Podium Cafe has a theory about Italians on cobbles. Being an Italophile, I’m fully willing to get behind it.
Comments
I only recently discovered Podium Cafe, and now I’m hooked.
I mean, heck - if I can’t say it any better than you did, why bother, right?

Woohoo! Another Italophile. Killer links your putting out… much more thorough than I’ve been.
We should do a link trade, eh?
