By Jessica | Permalink |Look, Ma! Some actual racing news!
- In the first matchup between some of the fastest men on earth, Tom Boonen beat Alessandro Petacchi to the line “by a full bike length” in stage two of the Tour of Qatar. Tom Steels crashed near the finish and will miss the rest of the race.
- Are you a planner? Great - then you’ll want to know where to be in 2011 for Worlds: Copenhagen.
- Here’s more about the 2008 Tour de France, which will start without a prologue or individual time trial for the first time in 42 years.
- It looks like My Boyfriend (AKA Ivan Basso) may be heading to California next month as support staff to teammate Levi Leipheimer.
Don’t forget, Cycling Logue co-conspirator - I mean contributor - Bob will be flying south to catch some of the Tour of California action live. Here’s hoping he brings back that lock of Basso’s hair I’ve been wanting.
